It is a spicy sauce (very spicy) that is served with food. It is the version of the hot piri piri sauce but made at home ... only a few drops are used.

  • fresh red jindungo hot peppers (or piri-piri peppers) (about 2 fists)
  • 1 medium onion
  • as much olive oil as it contains

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Sos Jindungo Angolan:

- Wash the hot pepper well and put it in a mortar and grind it well until it becomes like a paste. You need to use fresh red peppers. Be careful that it is very sharp and do not rub your eyes with your hands. When it is half ground, add the finely chopped onion and continue until it becomes a thick red paste. Pour into a jar and add as much olive oil as possible.

- This hot sauce is used in dishes to make them spicy or on top of a steak. Attention ... just a few drops are enough. This paste lasts a long time and over time it becomes faster ...

- If you can't find those hot peppers that exist here, they can definitely be replaced with other types of hot, red peppers.

In the pictures you have 2 types of peppers ... the biggest ones are jindungo, the others are piri-piri. I prefer that jindungo. The recipe made here is with the first ones.

Fufu - Fufu

Fufu (or fufuo , foofoo , foufou ) is a popular African food. In Twi, fufu means "puree or mixture" for a soft food and dough of the Akan ethnic groups in Ghana and other African countries. Made from boiled cassava mixed with plantains or cocoyams, it is beaten together in a mortar and pestle (waduro and woma, respectively). The resulting food is eaten with liquid soups (nkwan), such as light soup (Nkrakra nkwan), palm nut soup (Abenkwan), peanut butter soup (Nkatenkwan) and Abunabun soup. In other West African countries, it is eaten with hot pepper soup, okra or other types of stew.

Fufu is consumed in many countries in West and Central Africa. In addition to Ghana, it is also found in Sierra Leone, Guinea, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Benin, Togo, Nigeria, both Congos, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Angola and Gabon, as well as in the Caribbean. It is often done in the traditional Ghanaian, Cote D'ivoire, Liberia and Cuban method of mixing separately and beating equal portions of boiled cassava with green plantain or cocoyams and or mixing cassava flour / plantain or cocoyams with water and mixed on the stove. It is then adjusted to increase or decrease the viscosity of fufu based on personal preferences and is eaten with broth as liquid soups. The Nigerian and other African countries version of Fufu is made from fermented cassava dough called Akpu by Nigerians and is eaten with thick stew textured as soups. Other flours, such as semolina, cornmeal or plantain puree can replace cassava flour. Fufu is eaten with the fingers and a small ball can be soaked in a soup or accompanying sauce.

March 10 demonstration in video

These are, for now, the only images we have of the demonstration that took place on March 10. Unfortunately the filming stopped too early, they were left to show the police cars that, in passing, pretended not to see our requests for help, fleeing soon after. Literally on the run, speeding the carts as if fleeing an attempted assault.

They are left to show the beatings to young passers-by, probably without the slightest idea that a demonstration should take place that day, in that place. A lot of things give to the implication of the spectator, but one thing is certain: it is clear who is attacking and who is being attacked, even if that is not enough for those who voluntarily go blind so as not to be seen with arms with the impossible mission of denying the obvious!

Add the egg, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, finely chopped onion and parsley. Do not add a lot of salt because the soy sauce is also salty. Mix until a homogeneous composition is obtained.

With your hands greased with a little olive oil, shape the meatballs and place them in the tray lined with baking paper. Don't make them too big because they will stay raw in the middle.

Amazon przedstawia następujący przykład: „By way of illustration, a very large brick-and-mortar retailer might have tens of thousands products for sale: in contrast, Amazon's European websites offered nearly 3.7 million distinct products for sale in 2005 and around [20-30] million in 2013. A very successful brick-and-mortar retailer might process tens of thousands transactions each year: in 2005, Amazon's European websites processed nearly 71 million distinct orders, and that number grew to over [1-1.5] billion in 2013. It would simply not be possible to employ a sufficient number of individuals, for example, to determine the price on millions of unique products – let alone to decide what the in-stock levels should be for those products or individually to process every customer order”.

3 tablespoons oil
seminte susan si lin

Method of preparation:

Incalziti cuptorul la 200°C.
Amestecati fainele, drojdia, taratele, sarea, adaugati apa si otetul.
Mix well.

Incorporati albusurile treptat.
